This was a very difficult project. I admire the help and willingness of the owner and staff to resolve zoning issues and site problems. I realize my land has unique issues that other companies would not have been able to give me what I wanted. My desires were unique as well. I have received a lot of positive feedback from friends and neighbors. The addition flows as if the house was originally built that way and not an add on. It is better than I could ever have imagined. Great finishing touches/details made it first class. There was pride in this job as it was being constructed and the house shows very well, inside and out.

The most outstanding qualities of Foster's services are their communication, attention to detail, aesthetic capabilities, comprehensive approach, and the expertise and professionalism of all their staff as well as their sub-contractors. The results were rewarding for us throughout the entire year-long planning, construction and follow-up.
