      Have had 3 different hvac experts tell me that they are in shock the IAQ Medics blacklisted me because of hvac problems with system they installed because of negative review I posted, which I did remove because I knew I was being emotional. Granted, I lost my temper, but honestly, who would not. Tried to make amends, but they just do not care. Instead of showing regret and willingness to take care of a customer to fix a system under warranty, they chose to cut me off instead of remedying situation. It just really irritates me to be treated with such disrespect, especially with the stressful times we live in now.

      ********************* was not blacklisted because of his review, he was turned away for service, after we successfully honored all IAQ provided warranties because of his antagonistic, sexist, rude comments to our team members. Whether it was from emotion or not does not excuse the words that were said to our team. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is being rude or cursing at our team members. And we will do so. Basic human respect should be given to all. Fortunately, all of our phone calls are recorded so we actually have the recording of this. We want all of our customers to be happy, we want all of our customers to be satisfied. But we will not allow for the kind of disrespectful and unwarranted interactions that ******************** provided to our team to ever take place.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I am sorry, but I do not believe I am the monster they make me out to be.  Everyone, on the other hand, deserves a second chance.  I never insulted anyone at IAQ Meidcs.  The only one I justifiably criticized was Reggie, and looking at other online reviews, others had issues with him as well.  If you have recorded all messages, what about the emails and phone calls complimenting everyone, from Brandon, BT, Josh and the clerical staff as well.  It has to be obvious to Dario that I am under great stress with this unit but still feel most comfortable with their assessment.  After all this, I feel that from a professional and humane pont of view, I cannot believe Dario is being so inflexible and, simply put, mean.   I did my utmost best, but nothing seems to evoke any caring, compassion or kindness from the owner of company.  The past years have been miserable, difficult to face and things are not much better.  If we cannot show compassion for our fellow men and women, that what hope is there?

      IAQ installed a new AC unit after recommending a replacement coil and condenser. They told me a leak was due to old coil and/or condenser. Four weeks later, the brand new unit still leaks even after they performed a nitrogen leak check during installation. The contract (attached) clearly states they are responsible for repair if the the lines passed their leak check. Theyve charged not only for additional diagnostic (merely 4 four weeks after new install), and quoted repair costs at $2,300 to fix the said leak.

      We were never called out to diagnose the system. We have a recorded phone call where we were requested to provide an estimate for replacement. We have never maintained or serviced the previously existing equipment. Upon installation of the new system, a pressure test was completed, and a proper evacuation below 350 microns, as per industry standard, was reached. A customer checkout form explaining these details was signed by ********************, approving the installation. The final invoice, accepting the work as per the contractual print was also signed by *********************

      Our contract is very clear to say what is not included in our scope of work. This is indicated by the all capital letters DOES NOT in the paragraph that’s starts with…This contract DOES NOT include the following The reference to the refrigerant lines is very clear to say that it does not include replacement or repair of the pre-existing refrigerant lines etc.

      There is no reference on our contract in the description that ******************** is boldly stating. Its very easy to read the contract. Its plain English.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Condescending tone aside, the contractor failed to properly execute the nitrogen leak test as I've had multiple opinions who have verified the leak would have been found had they accurately performed the test and addressed the root cause of refrigerant leak. They instead assured a new condenser and coil would solve the leak but the unit began leaking refrigerant immediately after installation. This course of action on IAQ allowed them to sell a new unit a high cost, and subsequently requiring additional services at significant cost to resolve what should have been fixed initially. 

      My interactions with the business to resolve this issue thus far have been underwhelming and consistently insulting.
