    I would leave a zero score for ARS McCarthy **** Services if that was possible. After what we thought was a good value having McCarthy Heating and Air Conditioning, ******, ** (dba as ARS McCarthy **** Services) install a zone 2 furnace and air conditioner, along with a zone 1 air scrubber in our residence, the company has kept me waiting for four days for a technician to complete the warranty one year inspection/check up. I have made 15 calls to the company across the four different days when a technician was scheduled. Calls were made to follow up on arrival timing and status when in the middle of the service l window or when the established schedule wasnt met. With each call, it was a different story regarding why the technician didnt show or couldnt perform the work. Annual check is to be performed on a furnace that ARS McCarthy **** Services installed in the late fall of 2022. It has been proven that this is not a reliable organization operating on an exceedingly poor customer service model. The dispatch manager actually implied that the lack of performance on the part of their company was my problem - instead of taking responsibility for my four days of inconvenience and at least extending an apology. This is definitely the worst performing company I have come across in a time of ragingly poor customer service. An additional note, the offices for McCarthy **** Services are a couple of miles from my home so it isnt hard for the technician to get to our residence. I would not recommend this company. Buyer Beware!
