    I received a bill from the health care provider for the amount of 64.53. I called the office to make a payment and was told it was sent to collections, however I received confirmation from the office that if I make the payment with them it would resolve the issue. I received confirmation number ********** on 10/19/2020 and was told to provide the confirmation number to the collections agency to confirm the debt was paid. I have proof of collection reversal from All Pediatrics that was sent to me via email also. I received a call requesting that I pay the same debt from all pediatrics again on 8/8/2022 and if it has not been paid that it will be sent to collections on 8/12/2022. I advised that I had paid the debt already and provided the confirmation given to me by All Pediatrics. I was asked to provide proof via a bank statement, which I sent via email. I then received a call stating that after they received my email they looked further into my account and realized that they refunded me the money and sent the account to collections. I have been unable to speak with a manager and have been given the run around, and they are now causing illegal harm to my credit as I was never told when and why they refunded me the money paid and why its been sent to collections.
