    We prepaid Fox Waste Management for three months of trash collection; however, the company repeatedly failed to pick up our trash and then stopped all together halfway through the quarter when they decided to cease operations. A refund was promised within six to eight weeks. After three months, no refund has been made and no one at the company will respond to messages or acknowledge that a refund is due.

    I requested service from Fox Waste in August 2022. I prepaid for trash removal from August-December 2022 and paid a $60 deposit for a trash receptacle. The receptacle was never received and trash was picked up two of the four weeks in August. I cancelled the service effective October 1, 2022 and requested a refund for services and the deposit. I have left voice messages, emails and have even spoken with the owner and still have not received my refund.
