    I took my **** * **** **** ** vapers in to the store to have them fix for a leaks in the side of them both, they sold me new coils new bowls for them and put it on both the **** and **** after a week they both started leaking from the same sides. I came back,it was 2 weeks before i could get back there ,witch was 08/29/22. they again tryed to sell me another coil for both my vapes the **** and the **** **** ** because they both where leaking. i complained about just 2 weeks ago i bought coils here so they said we will give you one and you have to buy one,and i did,but i told them if it leaks again i can bring them back,the replyed yes. I took them both back the next day both leaking in the same areas, the again wanted to sell me more things that they said would fix them again, I told them just to refund my money and i would take them somewhere elas, they refused to refund any money.I fill all they where doing is taking my money and not fixing anything. Please refund my money.or fix the vapes at no cost too me.

    "Good evening, 
    We just want to come on here and say that we sincerely apologize for the late reply. We never received anything until right now. We want to start off with saying that we are not a tobacco store that fixes vapors/other tobacco products. We purchase it from their own manafaucers, If you have an issue you could give them a call. We are sorry that your product was not working. We know there can be issues that ruin the products. All we can suggest is to buy another product that can maybe or not fix your ***** or vapes. We can not 100% guarantee that it can fix the problem. Overall, you can buy a brand new *****/vape and buy the accessories that you need to satisfy your needs. We gave you a free coil with a purchase of one. We can not just give all of the products for free. We do not force any customer to purchase our products, we just give customers our best opionion for which products we think is best for the customer. I know we did not satisfy you in anyway and We are sorry for that. Never did we mean for our customers to think that we are just trying to take their money"

    I am rejecting this response because:   Frist the response  stated they didn't fix vapes there, then why did they charge me for work they didn't no nothing about,and 2nd a lady called me on/or about Oct. 7 2022 and went over the complaint,she stated they shouldn't have charge me but one time and she would get back to me on how to recevie a refund. She never did. there is no reason not to give me a full refund,because they admit they should'not have been working on my vapes.
