    On July 24,2022 I entered into a contract with this company to auction many of our items that we needed to sell due to moving into another house. We delivered a truck and car full of personal items including home decor, furniture, antique items and kitchen items.
    I attempted to contact the owner of the company numerous times to no avail. After sending a firm request to communicate with me and provide the itemized accounting of all funds received and distributed that was taken to her I finally got a response but never received the list of items that was required by the contract. After several months of correspondences I received a menial check that would not come close to the value of our items, even after her commission.
    I contacted her again to dispute the amount of the check and, in short, she advised that is all she would send me.
    There was always an excuse as to why she could not send me the list.
    I appreciate your attention regarding this matter and look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,  my name is ****** ***** and I represent Russell's Auction Firm.  I see I have a complaint from a past client /****** *********.  I did exactly what my contract stated and Mr.  ********* has harassed me for the past 6 months, via text and phone calls.  I sold a very small amount of personal property for Mr. ********* and he has demanded that I pay him more.  Thank you for the notification of this matter and I knew something like this would happen, due to Mr. *********** demanding conversations/Text.  I do care what people think of me and how i conduct my business, but this particular case, I can not reason with this client.  I have been in retail for 40 plus years and I know how to treat others.Thank you,****** *****Russell's Auction Firm, LLC###-###-####

    The contract states “Auction Firm will provide Seller with an itemized accounting of all funds received and disbursed. After several requests directly to ***** *****, via phone and direct conversation, no such accounting was nor has been received.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would have to be satisfactory to me.  Although I have no other option but to accept the response because I have no legal proof to establish what I believe was a sham regarding this matter. I left these items with this establishment in good faith that I would be treated fairly, honestly, transparency and communication to the client. Because of the issues that I have had with this establishment, I will not do any more business with them or any other on line auction company.I would caution anyone that wants to conduct business with this establishment to carefully document every detail of their transaction and keep detailed documentation of every transaction.
