    I made an order that advertised this would ship within 5 business days. It has been more than that and I have made every attempt to contact the business. They took my money and scammed me out of my product. Beware of this business.

    I ordered 3 items when they had dropped this was March 29th. The items shipped out to me around June 9th. So mind you iv been waiting 2 months for this and this is a gift for someone well, was a gift. So I get the items and they are two things I did not order. I email them letting them know. They told me I need to go print the label to send back then they will send my items once they receive the wrong items. Like are you crazy? You are going to make me wait longer for your mess up? Makes 0 sense 0 I’d understand like “ohh well send those out asap. Would you be able to send the wrong items back” cool but now have you not only embarrassed me but you didn’t give me what I paid for with my money you gave me things I didn’t order. And iv emailed back and forth as you can see in the pics. And I sent the last email on June 15th they have yet to email me back. They have been consistent until that last email. So now I’m being ignored is what it feels like. So I want my items I ordered not a refund I want the items. And I want to keep what they messed up sending me cause if their inconvenience of me and what they are making me do and wasting my time doing cause they don’t know how to do the right thing.

    Hello,Through our communication we accept responsibility for the delay on our end with shipping the products that were ordered. We also have no problem with sending the correct products to the customer that were ordered. We simply asked for the customer to send us back the incorrect products received as these are pieces that another customer is waiting to receive. We can provide a credit or discount for future use but by withholding these items we are unable to ship them to the correct customer that ordered them.
