    4-10-24 I order 3 cases of BCW toploaders (1000ct) for a total of $237.62 ($79.20 per case)

    4-20-24 I receive 1st case of toploaders with no issues.

    4-22-24 I receive a severely damaged 2nd case which is missing 75% of the product.(see pics). I contact the seller, and he asks me to wait on the 3rd case before issuing any refund.(attached conversation)

    5-9-24 After no contact from seller and still not receiving the 3rd case, I contact the seller again.

    5-10-24 Seller responds by saying he may have to refund the 3rd case. I then ask about the damaged 2nd case again, no response from seller. (attached conversation)

    5-13-24 Contact seller again because it's been over a month with no resolution for damaged 2nd case or missing 3rd case.

    5-14-24 Seller responds by saying he is working on refund. Issues a partial refund of $57.42

    5-25-24 Contact the seller again asking about missing 3rd case, but never hear from seller again. (attached conversation)

    I request a refund from ****, and they email after a few days saying the item is not covered. **** also removes my review for unknown reasons, and the tracking number for the 3rd case is removed from my account.

    I am requesting the remainder of my refund on the damaged 2nd case and the full amount of the 3rd case that never arrived for a total of $100.98.

    2 tracking numbers were provided for this order. Both show delivered by USPS as shown in the attachment. **** closed this in our favor with no refund due to the tracking shown and the harrassing emails sent through the **** system. Attempts have been made to reconcile with the buyer (photos requested etc) to no avail

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    I’ve attached our conversation which is not harassing, but only wanting to know what the resolution is to the missing and damaged packages.  The seller asked me to wait on the arrival of the 3rd case which he knew would push me past the 30 day limit for ****’s buyer protection.  After 30 days, the seller went silent.  Also, there were originally 3 tracking numbers, however, one was deleted after my complaint to ****.  You can see in our conversation the seller was aware of the missing 3rd case while asking me to wait on it’s arrival.  **** did close the dispute, but I contacted them and they explained that it was closed because it was over 30 days and outside of their window so they could no longer help me.This seller is a liar and a scammer.  I ordered 3 cases, but there are only 2 tracking numbers.  Each package has it’s own shipping label.  I can attach pictures of the shipping labels in my next response showing only 1 package per label.  Finally, why would the seller open a case with USPS after the 2nd case arrived if the 3rd case wasn’t missing?  The reason is simple, the seller is lying.I realize that this seller will not refund me because there are multiple complaints online regarding the same tactics.  They have just learned how to game the system.I have reported this business to the Attorney General of Virginia, and I will continue my efforts to resolve this theft.Speaking the truth and calling out a scammer is not harassment.  I will do everything within my power to make sure all avenues are exhausted.  Theft is a crime, and I will continue to treat this interaction as such because this business clearly has no integrity.All of this could have been easily resolved by refunding or replacing the case that I never received.

    ,I never received my product which was a ****** Christmas tree. I tried calling and emailing the company but got no response. This is my tracking number that proves they never sent the item to **** also has my order number. I purchased this item 1123/2023 in hopes that it would arrive before my 4 yr old granddaughter’s birthday on 12/09. That day has come and gone. All I would like if for them to cancel my order and refund my money. Or at the very least if I can’t get my money back please fine them for failing to provide a product that they advertised. Here is the email they sent me weeks ago.
    email stating that the item I ordered shipped but when I check the status, it states that **** that they are still awaiting the item that it is in preshipment. This has been since Monday. Can you tell me when I can expect my little ****** Christmas tree. This is the tracking number **********************  and this was the email I received. We wanted to let you know that your order (#****) was shipped via ****, **** Ground Advantage on 12/2/2023. You can track your package at any time using the link below.

    Hello,It looks like the original shipment was lost in transit by **** after some time waiting for an update. It also looks like an email was sent describing that a replacement would be sent since the original shipment was no longer moving. Tracking ********************** shows that the item has since delivered.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
