5 starsI totally agree with the reviews written by others about Jon and ProTech. At a time when customer service and reliability are seldom seen, Jon provides both all the time. He provides information about his anticipated charges (hard to do when he hasn't even seen your problems), keeps you posted on the scheduled visit and makes extremely helpful suggestions. Mr. Harris is a consummate professional. In my many years of entrusting the safety, care and security of my business machines to Jon, I have rarely encountered issues which caused any significant downtime in my daily operations. Those of you out there who rely on your computers and databases to keep your businesses productive understand how critical this peace of mind is. Jon provides that, and more. In addition, he has always been available to offer value-added service, such as advice on software and hardware upgrades that would improve the performance and efficiency of my operations...and often at no additional fee. I recommend his services highly.

Jon is my IT guy and has been for well over 6 years. He does monthly visits to check computer updates and most recently cybersecurity. He suggested changes I should make to improve the security of my computer as a part of a monthly visit. Much appreciated information to tighten up security.
