    I arrived at a Renovative Home Estate Sale over two hours early to ensure a fair shot at a few specific items. I was second in line. When the sale opened, all three items I had come for were already marked as “SOLD.” Another shopper in front of me had the same issue—items sold before the sale even started.
    When I reached out to the business about this, they claimed the family had requested those items be held. However, the family later reached out to me directly and confirmed that was not true. I brought this to the company’s attention, and instead of addressing the concern professionally, they blocked me from their page without any further response.
    That’s not just bad customer service—it’s dishonest. Blocking someone for pointing out unethical behavior just shows they have no interest in transparency or accountability.
    I will absolutely not attend another sale run by this company, and I’ll be warning others in the resale and estate sale community. There are too many trustworthy and respectful companies out there to waste time on one that treats customers like this.
