    I had my kitchen floor repaired by Rudy from Eazypeazy. When he finished it was squeaking and not level. I called him and he said he would charge me more to repair what he did wrong.
    Over just a few weeks the floor got worse. The tile started lifting up and cracking.
    I pulled up all the tile and found he had left rotten wood. In 1 spot he just taped over a about 12 inch hole. In other spots he did not screw down the wood to the joist so it squeaked and flexed a lot. He did not make the floor flush against the wall.
    Basically he did a very bad very low quality job.
    I would not recommend him to anyone for any type of repair.
