      I purchased a CFMOTO vehicle from this business on 3/25/23 and decided upon delivery that it was the wrong vehicle for me. Unable to test drive on site I first drove it when delivered to my residence. I immediately called the sales rep and office manager and asked to have the delivery driver return the vehicle to the Lynchburg business and return the check I had written for $12,59482, as well as the initial deposit of $500 I paid on 1/20/23. I agreed to pay the initial delivery charge of $150 and $150 for the return delivery - delivery was made to my home from the dealer and returned from my home to the dealer, same mileage, driver, etc. The vehicle arrived at the dealer on 3/31/23. It required numerous phone calls requesting return of my check until it finally arrived on 4/21/23, three weeks later. The $500 deposit was not returned so I called the office manager, who told me that Mr. Naff was keeping that to pay for delivery and return. I reminded her that delivery was agreed to at $150 and she could take that fee plus the $150 for return to the shop and return the remaining $200 from the down payment to me. That took another two weeks and it arrived on 5/05/23, but for only $150 - Mr. Naff had increased the return fee by $50 to $200 just because he could. It's amazing to me that he would harm his business reputation over a withheld $50. This business will always owe me $50. What an unethical way to treat a loyal customer - I had previously bought a Kawasaki Mule from his dealership two years ago and I was a returning customer for this purchase. Obviously I will not do business with them again and will share my negative experiences with anyone who mentions this business to me. Virgil Naff owes me $50 - no one at this dealership ever mentioned a $200 return delivery fee.

       He was in the store for a day and picked this UTV.  Then the next day decided it was to big.   I refunded the money minus the delivery charge of $200 each way.  He had paid $500 for a down payment.  He also gave a check for the balance and we gave him the check right back.
