  We had looked at several companies who built sunrooms that attached to the house. We had heard of Collins reputation as a well respected business and performed quality construction. Chris Collins and Frank ********* spoke with us about our ideas for the addition of a sunroom. Frank and Chris put together some thoughts and ideas and we discussed all of the blended possibilities until we came to a great design and structure that turned out to be so much more than what we had imagined. The conscienciousness and work ethic of each employee assigned to our project was nothing short of professional. They were all very nice, polite, clean, and efficient. Everyone stayed in direct communication with us throughout the project and beyond it's completion just to make sure everything was satisfactory and to our liking. We were very impressed to say the least. Collins Siding and Windows; they are the best!

  Contacted the company in early July 2022 to obtain an estimate for providing siding for my older home. Their representative came to my home on the scheduled date, July 13, 2022 and met with me prior to walking around my home. He was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Prior to departing, he indicated I should receive my estimate within two weeks. Two weeks later, I called the company inquiring about the estimate since I had not received it. I spoke with the same representative and was told the owner had been on vacation and they had not had an opportunity to discuss my project as yet. The representative told me they would be discussing the project within the next few days and would get back with me. An additional two weeks passed with no communication from the company so I attempted to contact the representative. He never responded to my calls or attempts to contact him by text. Fast forward to this date, September 18, 2022 and I have still received nothing from this company as far as communication. In my last attempt at contacting the representative, I asked him to please just let me know if they weren’t interested in my project but never even received that courtesy. I may not be smart but I can take a hint so I hired another contractor to perform the work on my house. I don’t know the quality of work this company performs but if their customer service is any indication, I would stay away.
