      Please do not do business with these folks. It is a nightmare. They are only concerned about being paid and not the quality of the work. It has been two months (and they have already been paid in full) and the work is still not complete.

      I do apologize to Mr. ***** for some of the issues that occurred at his home. Without having a cell phone number to reach him(client only works via email) we had some hiccups that caused delays. Our company also takes some blame as we can always improve. I spoke with this customer and I feel like we worked these things out after this review was left. Our company has changed some of its policies and procedures after this installation as well.
      We always strive to be better and have serviced over 3500
      customers with very few overalll major issues.
