I had called this veterinary office to order a special dog food for my 16 year old dog. The conversation did not go well with the woman who answered my call. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told that there was no supervisor or manager there. The conversation continued to be unpleasant. I called back and said that I wanted the order for the special dog food for my dog to be canceled. Another employee called me back and left a very threatening, hostile, and angry message on my voicemail. I found it to be very scary. I wrote two letters to the owner of Urgent Care by Paw Prints to complain about the voicemail that her employee left on my cell phone, and that I would come by so that she could listen to it. She ignored both letters. In the second letter to her, I asked that my name and the organization's name that also called about the dog food order, that all our information be removed permanently from Urgent Care by Paw Prints' computer system for our protection. At this point there is a safety concern regarding both of her employees having our information. The owner has ignored my second letter. In my opinion, this is a walk-in vet clinic that does not care how people are treated by the front desk/phone employees.
I had written another letter to the owner before these two letters complaining about how I was treated over the phone by her employee. She did call me about that letter. However, I did not hear the threatening and hostile cell phone message till afterwards. I don't know if I should report this to the police or not. I consider it serious. This is not normal behavior by a business to act in such a way to be scary, hostile, and threatening to customers.
