    I am so disappointed. I purchased a lovely raincoat on sale and was treated very respectfully by Ann at the ***** ***** store. I also purchased a lovely blue blouse which I was contemplating wearing to my mother's memorial service, which I told the other salesperson about at the time I purchased it.
    The blouse did not work, so I went back to return it. I was told that no returns were allowed! I was NEVER told this when I purchased it, NOR was it written on the receipt. There was a small sign propped up close to one side of the sales desk which the sales person pointed to when I questioned the policy. There was NO WAY I could have seen this sign when I purchased the blouse and, as I said before, no one told me that returns were not allowed.
    It never occurred to me that a high end store such as this would not allow returns the following day for unworn merchandise! The sales people didn't care. They pointed to the sign on the other side of the desk, which could NOT be seen from the side where I stood. She said, "I guess we need two signs." No. YOU NEED TO TELL FOLKS THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED when they purchase from you.
    They gave me a "store credit" for the blouse. I will NEVER shop at such a devious store again, but I also don't want them to have MY MONEY!!!! So, I have to try to find something at that store that I can use.
