    I'm currently in litigation with this entity. The complaints registered by others are valid, as the modus operandi is exactly the same regarding my ordeal with this entity...

    Mr Cooper started out leading us to believe everything was done in house from manufacturing the building to insulating and installing the garage door. Turns out this is un true. After months and months of excuses from Mr and Mrs Cooper and asking for a install date so I could make sure my dogs are up and schedule off that day, I get a call while on the way to work and told building will be at your site in one hour from Mrs Cooper. I asked if Mr Cooper was going to be there and was told by Mrs Cooper he would be by at some point. A company out of NC was there to install the building. (Not Coopers Buildings) I have not seen Coopers Buildings since they took my deposit. After building was installed The lead man (Not Coopers Buildings) ask what I thought. I told him as far as I know it looked OK and I was going to wait and see what Mr Cooper said. I received a text shortly after wanting me to deposit payment for building from Mrs Cooper I told her I was waiting for Mr Cooper to inspect the work. Mrs Cooper said Mr Cooper said I told the lead man (Not Coopers Buildings) it looked good to me and that was good enough so no one was coming to look at the building. I paid the building payment and asked again for Mr Cooper to come inspect the building. 6 months later I have not heard a word from them and they have walked off leaving the job uncompleted with no insulation or garage door which they still have the deposit on.
