      This company is taking advantage of the disabled and senior citizens. I have a Golden Technologies Lift Chair. The chair was no longer responding to the remote commands. I contacted WSR Solutions which is the company ******************* connects you to for evaluation of the problem. They first sent out a technician to evaluate the problem. I had to prepay a cost of $192.40 for the evaluation. The technician was there all of 5 minutes and said the remote needed replacement and he proceeded to order the part. I received a followup email stating that I would need to prepay $184 for the part (a new remote). I paid the $184 and within days I received a new remote shipped by ***. I expected to hear from the company to let me know when someone would come out to install it. When I did not hear from them, I called the company and they said installation was not included and I would have to pay a revisit charge for installation starting at $185 (this after already paying almost $400 for the evaluation and part!)To add insult to injury, I looked up the part online and found a company that is selling the part for only $84.00!I then went on You Tube and found a video on how to remove/install the new part, and replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes.WSR SOLUTIONS AND GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES should be ashamed of themselves! I understand that business is business but had I asked for a revisit to install the part the total cost would have been almost $600. This is highway robbery and as I said taking advantage of the disabled and senior citizens. Shame on them! I totally agree with the * rating BBB has given this company. I sm just sorry I did not check with BBB before contacting them. I trusted ******************* to steer me to the best company to assist me.

      I've worked for them for years doing repairs on lift chairs, scooters and power wheelchairs. They use to pay me every few months for service I gave to their customers. Over time they got slower and slower paying me until I was to the point of not doing anymore service until I got paid. They totally cut me off. I have emailed and called them since they owe me so much money for the contract jobs I've done for them. Not sure how they are still in business when they won't pay their techs. If they won't pay me then I'm sure they aren't paying the other techs either. No wonder the customers aren't getting good service from them!

      totally rude and incompetent customer service representatives that can never give a solution to yourissue. Not sure how this company is even in business they are a complete fraud and waste of time and my power chair has been down for weeks. then I paid for the technician to come out to assess the issue and order the parts. somehow the wrong parts were shipped and *** has no idea what happened or when the correct parts will arrive. MEANWHILE i Have paid over$400.00 dollars and my chair is still not repaired! They are just taking money from customers for services they have not done! This issue needs to be legally addressed. I would not recommend anyone use their service unless you want to just waste time and money. i wish I had read the other comments about this company before becoming a victim.

      they cant' provide prompt service and have snippy representatives on their chat line. " Perhaps we will have an update for you tomorrow or early next week very disappointing "Our techs do not repair tires Because we do. But if it is not fast enough for you, you do not have to go through us."Give them a zero.

      I have just about 1000 dollars for battery for my mobile spinal it has been months and have not received the battery I need my chair they have my money I want the service or the money back.

      The batteries and service were paid for on 7/1. There was a holiday (July 4th) which delayed the shipping of the batteries to the tech. The tech now has them and the tech has already scheduled this job with the customer for 7/19. Customer has been updated along the way and is aware of status and accepted the appointment from the tech. As far as we are aware this has been taken care of.

      The worst experience. Power lift chair not working, they sent a technician out 3 different times and still not fixed, and I had to pay a $184 service fee + parts each time. Finally I asked for a different technician who came out and seemed much more competent. Then I was quoted $647 to fix, and they wouldn't even guarantee me that the problem would be solved. Cause from the time the technician came out and the time I got the quote (WTF) the chair could have become more damaged??? Incredible. Customer service sucks. I bought a new chair instead.

      WSR SOLUTION...is absolutely the WORST. I was instructed to contact them by GOLDEN power recliners. I called 9 times...and put on hold each time. One time I held on for 30 minutes...still nobody picked up the call. I emailed their chat...no response!
      WORTHLESS!!!
      They are NOT the solution...they are the PROBLEM

      Fraudulent advertising. Claims to have technicians that are "licensed" by Medicare to provide scooter and wheelchair repair. There is no such "license" that exists or is issued by any government agency.

      Mr. T***** contacted our company through an online chat. His question of how our techs are certified was answered "all of our techs are independent contractors and hold certificates with manufacturers." Any claims that Mr. T***** makes regarding Medicare or government agencies are incorrect and never made by our company. Mr. T***** is not a customer of ours.
