  Positive: During our dealings with Craftsman, their office manager, Rhi, was always polite and professional to deal with.
  Negatives: But in the face of some miscommunications (us emailing Craftsman at the email address that they list on their website which also happens to be the owner's email address for the business - but they don't check this email address) and delays in the part arriving, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive as we were trying to figure out when the work would be completed, or, if it could not be done by our hard deadline, when we should pick up our vehicle and move on. He was snide and flippant, noncommittal and uncaring about completing the work. He was angry that our van had been on his lot so long, but it was HIS SUGGESTION that we leave it there.
  The owner went off as if WE had done something wrong. He hung up on us after calling us, rude and nasty from the first word, and demanding that we immediately pick up our vehicle and pay for work he did not complete or our van would be towed. To add insult on top of that, when we arrived he left instruction with Rhi that it had to be cash payment, which he didn't mention before hanging up on me.
  We picked up our vehicle, which they left in a shambles. They took apart half of the interior of our van when removal of 3 screws would suffice, they would have known this if they accepted the offer of talking to our original builder to walk them through the process, but they didn't. While reassembling, we realized that instead of unscrewing a hose clamp for our cooler basin drain, the drain plug was cut and I had to fabricate a new drain system.
  We tried to handle this professionally and were met with his nasty attitude, and a clear lack of caring whether or not the job was completed. This lack of customer care is unacceptable. Gave one star since it's required - but this is a ZERO star company.
