      I went to this store in June 2021 and my tires were perfectly fine , worn but still have over 15k on it , the associate there told me it's time to buy new tires, I told I'll be waiting another year, miraculously the next morning there was a nail in my tire and when I went back they told me they can't fix it and it's time to buy new ones , I bought brand new tires from them or at least that's what theu told me after they put a nail in my tires to force me to buy new tires and after 20k miles and only 1 year 4 months in Nove 2022 , I went back for tire rotation at which time they told me you need new tires because my new tires are worn out and when I told them the tires are new from here they gave me the run around and finally told me i have to buy new tires and the manufacturers will give you $200 towards brand new tires, complete fraud and rip off to steal people's money. And I can only get that credit by buying tires from them and they will take my tires and send it to the manufacturer at which time they will send my credit. I honestly think they will be selling those tires to another victim and tell them they are new tires .. same thing they did with me .

      Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that there was a problem with your vehicle after your visit. We put our customers' safety and quality of work first, and we would never intentionally damage a customer's vehicle. We strive to provide each customer with an honest evaluation of their vehicle, including tires, so we can inform them of any problems to look out for and recommend only the services they need.

      Upon examining your tires, we discovered that this was a tread wear issue that the tire manufacturer can only resolve since we are not responsible for manufacturer tire tread issues. As part of our efforts to resolve this issue, we offered to contact the tire manufacturer on your behalf to issue a credit, but we understand that this outcome was not satisfactory to you.

      Since then, we have attempted to contact you several times but have been unable to reach you. We value your business, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to come up with a solution you're satisfied with.

      I am rejecting this response because: Virginia tire and auto never attempted to reach out to me . The only call I got from them is that the manufacturer wants to give me a credit for $250 under a condition to buy brand new tires from Virginia tire and auto. So they sell me used tires under false sales that it's new and the tires only lasy one year or 20k ****'s on it vs their promi thatit would last 70k miles and now I'm supposed to trust them again and pay them more money to rib me off and sell me another set of damaged tires .. who would trust this terrible company again.  I'm filling a law suit and will request the people who complained against this scam business on ****** to testify or file their own case . I want brand new tires covered 100% by this terrible company or my money back but I won't be buying anything from them or trusting their scheme.
