    I would literally rather put amazon parts in my car than go here. Worst experience imaginable. Theyre way beyond rude. Rude isnt even the word really. You ever had Shrek talk down to you like youre the swamp person? ?? shame on you if you support this nasty establishment. I will go out of my way to steer people clear of this *********.

    I bought a transmission control module from them and they charged me 420.oo dollars. The price was high but I did not complain because the part was hard to get. When I put the part in the computer did not operate. If the system works a pointer in the dash aims at the gear that is set by the shifter. The pointer never came on so the computer was not working, like turning on a laptop. you have to put in your code to make the computer ready to use. A lady behind the counter told me that I have to program the module that they sold me. I told them that it cant be done because the needle that tells what gear you are in is not working. She said take it to ford. She just did not want to negotiate. She got 420.00 for a bad part and even though my 52 years in the automotive business did not impress her. That is my complaint. I want them to know it.
