      I bought 2 packages, 6 treatments each, of laser hair removal for my arms. The first package I bought for $478.50. I initially had a mild rash with little red bumps that cleared in a few minutes with cortisol cream. There was no itching or pain. After that, the treatments continued and at the end of the 6 treatments, the hair was still there. They told me it was not uncommon to buy a second package, so I did. This time I paid $450. After the next 6 treatments, the hair was still there. I went back to discuss my options and was told they had kept the power settings low because of the little rash I initially had. They did not tell me they were giving me lower level treament. Instead they sold me a second package, which I would not have bought if I had known they were giving me inadequage or possibly sham treatments. Now they want to sell me a third package and since it is my third they will give me 60% off. Now they are charging me $840, clearly not 60% off fo the $450 I paid last time. They said their prices went up. I would like to try to get rid of the arm hair, but do not trust them to do it since they knowingly sold me inadequate treatments without informing me they were doing so. I am now out $928.50 for the laser hair removal on my arms, and still have the arm ******* there any recourse?
