    I visited Momentum Chiro January 27th 2023. After getting an adjustment, I was told that I owe $60 due to not meeting my deductible and that is how much an office visit with them cost including an adjustment. My insurance provider informed me that I have 20 fully covered chiropractic visits which covers an adjustment.This business charged me and my insurance $380. After speaking to the office, they did confirm that a regular visit is only $60 for those who do not have insurance which covers everything that was done in my visit. I shouldnt have been charged $60 out of pocket nor should my insurance been charged over $300. They refuse to fix it and and can not provide me with an explanation as to why it cost MORE for their services if I have I insurance vs if I do not. They are running a scam and this should be fraudulent.

    Chiropractic services were rendered at our facility. It is customary to report every service to the insurance company. *********'s insurance company has a maximum of $60 that they will consider for reimbursement. Her plan has a deductible, therefore, it was her responsibility to pay $60 and the remaining portion billed to her insurance company was written off by contractual obligation.  This is normal and standard procedure in any health-care facility. We cannot attach details or her explanation of benefits as to not violate her hippa rights.
