*****, with Mr. Handyman, arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. He was thorough in taking measurements of two windows to give me an estimate to repair the broken balances. He showed me the parts that need replacement, explained the repair, and, with my approval, ordered the necessary parts. This is my second time using Mr. Handyman. I had a list of 8 projects that needed to be completed. I called Mr. Handyman and they scheduled a service tech named Bobbie and we through my list and we came up wit a plan. He talked about different options for each item. His work was great, very detailed oriented and completed everything on time and went above and beyond for what I contracted for.

Luis the technician, assigned to me was totally professional and exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable.
He explained everything to me. Showed me how the problem came about what the solution was. I accepted his recommendations to work. He did resulted in the whole thing repaired painted.
