    On 6/15/2023, I picked up a ********** repaired by HGS computers. The owner replaced the screen and keyboard. When I got home, the screen was no longer a touch screen. The owner told me the computer had never been a touch screen and the screen was replaced with a cheaper option, which is not what I asked for. All *********** are touch screens. He's a professional computer repair person, he should know about the hardware he is fixing. He then tried to get me to come back and spend more money on a touch screen for the computer. A new laptop would be cheaper than another repair. I asked him prior to the estimate whether the computer was worth fixing and he insisted it was. Instead of being honest and advising me to buy a new laptop, he took this opportunity to take $200 from me and leave me with a laptop my Autistic son cannot use.
