    I purchased an OraTec Viajet Perio Pro Plus Irrigator for home use from the company on 10/6/22. I received the device and it leaked water, so I made attempts to resolve the issue with the company. After much frustration in getting responses from this company, I sent an email today (10/25/22) requesting a return label so that I may send it back.1. I received the ViaJet Perio Plus and found that the valve that came with the product was defective. After following the directions (and the troubleshooting guide) water leaked from the reservoir.2. I called OraTec and was told to leave a message so that the person who designed the product could advise me. I had no response to the message I left.3. I called a couple of days later and spoke to the person who designed the product. After attempting to position the valve with his instructions, which did not work, he told me that the valve was defective and that he would send a replacement valve.4. I received the replacement valve and found that when this different type of valve was placed in the reservoir, the water would not come out of the wand.5. I placed another call and left a message and received no response.
