    I got billed 2 and 3 times on multiple months, and for the ones that I did not catch and paid, I have been waiting on a refund for 4 months. They continue to say they will escalate the matter to management , but I have not heard from management in the month that I have had this escalated up. I feel that I have been patient, but this is poor business. Prior to this point, the customer service and device had been fabulous. It has only been a problem since I had billing issues, as all other interactions have been resolved very quickly and all staff, including the billing staff, have been very friendly.

    Vice President of Operations had the opportunity to speak with Ms. G****** on 11/7/2022 after leaving a message on 11/4/2022. Ms. G****** shared her positive experiences with the ForeseeHome Monitoring Program as well as her billing concerns. Vice President reviewed actions and patient refund check has been processed and mailed to Ms. G****** who is the guarantor.
