    I have been a customer of this store for 25 years- since 1998 when living in Manassas park. Back then, there were Audio Buys, Sound Solution, Crutchfield etc. but always chose Safe and Sound. To say I spent A LOT of money purchasing Viper car alarm systems, Alpine head units, rims for 3 different cars, etc. Is an understatement. I live an hour away in Orange County and still decided to support this store, but not anymore. I was greeted by a Korean guy with black glasses and a ball cap on, when I walked through the door and I asked about a JL Audio amplifier. Before I could even get out any questions or anything he was headed to the back to grab it so I could purchase it. I had to stop him as I just wanted to ask questions about it. I was not there to purchase it yet. We then proceeded to talk about a speaker box in which he said it would fit perfectly in my vehicle. He was a very smooth talker and a fast talker. We then went to look at RCA cables, the reason I was there. He was showing what was available and asked my wife to close her ears as he was referring to the items with sexual jokes, which was cringe worthy, VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point, I decided I wasn't going to purchase anything as he became creepy and perverted. I decided to just leave and he realized I wasn't going to purchase anything, as I was walking out, he asked what kind of vehicle I had, very nicely, and basically dismissed me and said there is nothing in the whole store that would work and it would be a $10,000 job, with a very nasty attitude. He turned simple RCA cables into what could of been a very bad argument. Thank goodness I kept my cool and just left. I will no longer support this store, after the poor customer service, the blatant disrespect to my wife and I with inappropriate sexual jokes, the attitude I had to endure, etc. All because I wanted to go in and price items and purchase some items for my vehicle. WOMEN BEWARE! Take someone with you if you go!

    Thank you for your review and bringing light to this situation. My sincerest apologies for the comments made by one of our staff. I absolutely agree that it was unprofessional and inappropriate. We work in a very relaxed environment, with many clients/employees feeling comfortable to speak more like a hang out spot, than a place of business that is open to the public. We strive to provide a fun atmosphere, but that does not justify comments that make someone feel uncomfortable.
    Although our client base is male dominate, we do have a large female client base; mothers, wives, daughters, military officers, first responders, teachers, and nurses. We work hard to make sure they all feel comfortable and safe. Moreover, we have women on our staff both currently and in our past.
