***** this company for a deck and fence, horrible. Had to inspect all the materials because they were installing damaged materials. Constantly had to have the come back out to fix work I was lied to about. No communication within the company. I dealt with *******, ceo, and workers all we on different pages as far as what needed to be done. Watched workers throw materials off work truck into my yard damaging materials. Just an overall horrible experience to babysit. When I hire a company to do 30k in projects I expect more.

What they called a designer, didn't design anything. The posted were set in 1/4 small bag of the dry concrete on bottom of post hole dirt was put back on. Contract said wet concrete at the gate posts. That was done. Fence blows with the wind. The installers don't speak English and one that speaks some English will yell at you asking you what they should do, even after you have tipped them. Big mistake. I would never use them, they don't know what'sgoing on or install per the contract. It was over priced for the quality and workmanship on a vinyl fence. Even used wrong top caps, not what is on Contract or HOA requirement type. There are holes around post and good wind is going to take it down. If you are a single woman especially do not use them. You are talked down to and treated like you know nothing. Their people have "30 years experience with Armor installing fences, they know what they are doing"., all except the language of the country and people they have (supposably) worked with, for and have had to communicate with. This company is a total waste of money. Nothing in the contract was done. Is that a scam.

This company's customer service is HORRIBLE! We were assigned *********************** as our Design Consultant and he was a nightmare to work with - attempting to price ***** us with tens of thousands of dollars of extra material and labor we did not request (e.g., we asked for wood and he kept pushing composite, he inserted several thousands of dollars worth of lighting and other electrical components that were not requested or required) and trying to justify his extras by citing county requirements that were not accurate for the scope of work we were looking for. When asked to modify his quote to reflect the work we requested, he initially refused then came back with a revised quote magically cutting over $20K. At this point, we contacted the office to request a new Sales representative to work with because we simply did not trust ***. We also asked to speak with the Sales Manager to discuss our concerns further. The receptionist, ****, made no attempt to assist us or address our concerns. She just forwarded our request back to ***, who then refused the work.Unfortunately, our experience with this company is extremely negative. The sales representative we met seemed more interested in his commission than providing an accurate quote to his customer and the office staff seemed indifferent or oblivious to assisting with our concerns. Additionally, *** himself indicted that the skill and knowledge of Armor Fencing is lacking as he is the "only one in the company experienced enough to quote [our project]." (For clarity, our project was putting a wood porch with a gazebo on an existing single family home - not complicated). As a means of educating any other potential customers considering ********************** Fencing for any upcoming projects, we've included the text and emails between us and ***********************.
