    The date of the transaction was February 13th 2023 for a Valentine's gift to be picked up at 11am the next day. The amount of the transaction was $60.49. The following day, I checked the status of the order on the website around the time it was due for pickup, but the website stated only that the order was received. By 1231 PM the order was still not being made. I made the decision to cancel the order online because I work from 2pm to 10pm and would not have time to pick it up, and I received a reference number ******* via email. The email stated: "Thank you for contacting Edible Arrangements! We wanted to confirm that we've received your comments. We've sent your feedback directly to the local Edible Arrangements store servicing this order (Edible Arrangements - *** in Manassas Virginia). The store owner or manager will review your comments, and will contact you within 48 hours if needed." I never received a call from them. On February 15 2023 at 953AM, I received a notification via email that the order had been picked up. This was not true as I thought they would contact me first about the order. I was never in the area. The following day, February 16th at 1235 PM I tried to contact the number for the credit card transaction which is ********** but was on hold for about 24 minutes. I then looked online at the reviews of the company and there are many negative reviews. Most of the reviews have a response from a customer service number that you can call: ***********. I called that number at 1pm and was on hold for an hour before I gave up. I called store twice on February 16 at 1231pm and 2pm (**********) but was on hold for about 19 minutes before I gave up. My main concern is that I never received the product I purchased and the various numbers available only put you on hold for a long time so I have not been able to speak to anyone about the issue. Also they have not made an effort to contact me about it.
