    Below is the note that I sent over to **** explaining the whole issue. I also have also attached invoice, proof of my heightened gas bill, and I also can provide my heightened electric bill as well. I got a new HVAC system to help decrease these cost but instead it increased them. --Dear ****,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent service provided by your team in wiring my HVAC system. Unfortunately, the system was wired incorrectly, resulting in significant financial consequences for me, including a heating bill of over $496 last month.Despite my attempts to contact you within the warranty period, I have not received any response from your end. In my pursuit of a solution, I sought the assistance of another licensed professional. They identified a wiring issue that caused both my air conditioning and heating to run simultaneously, exacerbating the problem.I brought this matter to your attention months ago, and despite your initial visit to address the issue, my concerns were dismissed. However, upon consulting with a licensed professional, it was made clear that the error should have been readily apparent to anyone with the proper credentials.I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint against your company due to the unacceptable service I have received. Additionally, I am compelled to ensure that none of my acquaintances are referred to your services. It is disheartening to see such a lack of integrity in your business operations.In light of the circumstances, I have sought legal advice to explore my options for addressing this poor due diligence on your part. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to conducting business and take immediate action to rectify the issues with my HVAC system.I expect a prompt response to this matter and hope we can resolve it amicably.
