I am seeking a refund of $610 dollars for a 1 hour helicopter tour in the ******** 44 that I paid for back on June 15, 2023. The original booking was for 7/15/2023 and I called the day before to confirm and was told that the helicopter was down for maintenance. I rebooked for 8/26/2023 and again, a day or so before, I called to confirm and was again told that the helicopter was down for mainenance. I rebooked again for 10/7/2023 but also stated that, should this happen again, I would be requesting a refund. I called this past Monday, 10/2/2023 and was told this time that the pilot has been out for an extended period for medical reasons and that the 10/7 tour that I had scheduled was not going to happen. I requested a refund but was told by the girl on the phone, I believe her name is ****, that ********************* is the person that I need to contact to obtain a refund. She provided an email address and the phone number ************. I called the number on Monday 10/2 and left a message. I called again and left another message. I followed up that call with an email. I still have not received a response. Further, I called again several more times and was immediately directed to voicemail after the first ring, indicating that someone was intentionally declining the call.
