    Business failed to provide services as promised in contract. There were missed service dates and when a technician did come out, only partial spray occurred on the property. I requested a refund numerous times which was disregarded; now in dispute with my bank. The customer service is horrible and the careless service and attitude of technicians is worst. I do not recommend this business based on overall poor quality and failure to honor paid services.

    We serviced **. ****** property eight times this season, not including several requested resprays. She called to cancel at the beginning of September and demanded a full refund for the entire season, for her trouble. Our guarantee allows for a refund of the last spray and the pro-rated amount of any sprays moving forward. That refund was issued the day she called to cancel. She then charged back the entire amount to her credit card. So, she received treatment for 90% of the year, a pro-rated refund and then an additional full refund on top of all of that via the chargeback. She got free service and a refund for several hundred dollars more than she paid.

    I am rejecting this response because the service was not provided as promised when entering into contract with this business. The monthly complaint calls I made to the business and my time away from my employment to be available for the resprays caused me a loss of salary and created issues with my employer. My salary lost was greater than the business contract cost I paid in full.

    When entering into contract with this business they accepted my request to notify me ahead of time because I maintain my backyard fence locked. The business did notify me at least one-day in advance but most times did not show up at all or did not complete the service in it's entirety. Meanwhile, I took time away from work to make myself available. I got to work extra late waiting on their return when they did come out to respray on the same day, When they could not return on the same day this caused me another day to miss from work.

    My mistake was giving this business more than enough opportunities but each time they failed to meet the expectations promised from onset. My lost of salary is more than the prorated refund they provided. My credit card was not fully credited as the business indicated because my bank is still conducting an investigation which can take up to 3-months.

    I do not recommend this business and future potential clients have the right to know the unsatisfactory service this business provides. The business requires much improvement to provide quality service to clients by providing necessary customer service training to their employees and ensuring the employees conduct a full spray rather than a sloppy job or not showing up at all. They should hire dedicated, caring, and motivated employees rather than young adults/teenagers who spend more time inside the work vehicle on social media as I personally witness the times I knocked on the work vehicle to notify them of dissatisfaction of service.

    If need be, I can provide my cell phone record showing the numerous calls I placed to this business each day to complain. Again, my mistake was giving them numerous opportunities to improve on the service each month. Each moth they made promises that they never honored. I do not accept the response made by the business. They are shifting the fault on me rather than taking responsibility for their unsatisfactory service.
