    This was the worst service department experience I've ever had at any dealership! I got a letter from KIA corporate in August that there was a recall on a part for my vehicle that could potentially have my engine compartment catch fire. In early September I was notified by corporate that each KIA service dept. should have the part and should just have to make the appointment. My first September was Oct 12, 2022. They had my vehicle the entire day (7hrs) and returned it to me starting nothing was done because they didn't have the part. I was told by the manager of the depth. that I would get a call as soon as the part was in and I would go straight into the shop since I waited so long the first time. A month went by and no cash so I spoke to the parts dept. who told me the part had been there for a few days and not sure why I hadn't been called. I made a new appointment (Nov 4) and when dropping off the car, there was no appointment scheduled. I had to ask them to call the parts dept to confirm my conversation amd transfer to make the appointment and and take my car and repair it. The letter stated it would take 1 hour but the service desk said 2 but I waited 4 before I just decided to check on it because no phone call. If course it was already done but still no call. They said they'd mail the paperwork and gave me my key and said I could go. But my car was not up front. Someone else had to go find my car, and it took 20 min because they forgot where they parked it. Worst experience ever.
