    Massive communication issues between field service providers and admin/office staff interacting with customers. Told technician would arrive within 2 hour window. No communication until I called at end of 2 hours. Admin did not know where tech was so I had to wait for call back to then be told itd be another hour. Staff blamed the field tech for not bringing ladder but field guy was not prepared for any of it. No one in company apologized without me complaining or pointing out was a very bad beginning for a potential customer contract. Four hours into something that should have taken 15- 30 mins and my problem was not even close to solved. Wish I could say I felt sorry for any of them but was very clear the company members were all in blame mode - even somehow trying to make it my fault. Stay away unless you like giving your time away for free.
