    They flooded my home, and aren't taking responsibility! Warranty is a lie Hired this business to change the main sewer line at my home, they came, worked with a bad attitude, disrespected my Mother, and complained about working on a weekend They were so insistent on working badly that they didn't compact around the area they worked. When rain season came, my home flooded! My home flooded twice. Because after the first flood, their manager came to the house just to tell us they weren't responsible for the damages, he didn't even look at the damages or the area where they worked. Months later my house flooded again. We tried to get in contact with them countless times for them to take accountability and they dodged our calls at every point. We had to hire another master plumber to find the problem and a lawyer to contact them and even then they ghosted him too. He had to threaten a lawsuit for them to even contact their insurance. Their insurance agent came to the house and sent their own inspector and the inspector also claimed it was this company's fault. Then they said to go ahead and fix the house, that they would cover. The insurance agent went on to dodge our lawyer until we had no money left to continue affording him. This Contractor bankrupted my family, we couldn't continue living in a flooded house so we had to pay out of our own pocket to restore the entire 1st floor of the house and to waterproof the area where Marines Service Co had worked. They compromised the structural integrity of my home for the forseable future. They caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. Because of them we had to live in a ruined house for a year. And this Contractor has done nothing but wash their hands for years, their insurance agent has done nothing but dodge and say they are not covering our losses until we couldn't afford our lawyer anymore. They have avoided taking responsibility at every turn. This contractor's warranty and guarantee is a lie.

    Had a sewage backup on 7/29 & called *********. 7/ oL,eplaced. Said the break was not @ mailbox, but 6 ft in front of it into the street & because of the location we would need to not only get ********* approval but also ****. Marines Services sent us an estimate of @ $3700. 8/4 ********* approved the work. Called Marine's to make an appt. They said the earliest they could schedule us in was 11 days later on 8/15. 8/15 came & Marine's said they hadn't received **** permission so they wouldn't do the work. They had also inexplicably upped their estimate to @ 6k. They said they'd come on 8/16. On 8/16 Marines told us they still didn't have ****s permission & wouldn't do the work. We decided to investigate. Learned that **** had approved the work very early on 8/15, so Marine's had had permission, they just didn't see the email? We called them to schedule again since all permissions were granted. They said they'd had to increase the estimate to between $15,000 and $16,000 & that we'd have to get permission from ********* again before they could begin. We called Marine's indicating that we were dissatisfied with them continuing to increase the estimate & with completely missing ****s approval email. The manager CJ blamed *********, **** for the delays, started screaming & rudely hung up. Finally we got smart & decided to call ****** again who had originally looked at the problem & said break was @ mailbox. We hired ****** to do the repair and the break was @ mailbox & cost @ 6k, not the nearly $16,000 which was Marine's final estimate. We don't know if Marine's made an honest mistake @ the location of the break or if they purposely lied in order to price gauge us.
