    HORRIBLE experience! 2 techs took an entire day to complete tub and shower. I cannot complain about the tub. The shower is a DIFFERENT story. The finish began to crack/peel away and a second tech came out to spot finish. I was told that if is wanted it buffed out that I would have to pay AGAIN. The touch up began to flake and peel away. A third visit was made. This time the original tech came back out and stated "Trust me. I've been doing this for 7 years". That tech told me that if I wanted it smooth that I would need to buy 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and do it MYSELF. Now his job is peeling/flaking, runs, uneven and silicon filling is peeling/cracking. The techs are always calling first thing in the morning stating they are running late and will not arrive at 0900, but will be by about 1100. It has not even been 4 months and they have been back 4 times. and still have not done the job correctly. I continue to get "lip service" and no results. It's "too much work to strip it and start from scratch" So far they have ONLY sanded and sprayed. I have ZERO faith in this company. Best advice, find another company to use. My experience shows how inept and unbusiness like they are.
