    Freddy and Son Roofing from ******** replaced our roof. We never had a roof leak until they replaced it. The roof has continued to leak and the company has not returned our phone calls.

    I am writing in response to the letter we received dated January 30, 2025.
    I have reviewed the notes on this file for ****** and **** ***** at ****************************************************************************. The first complaint was submitted on July 27, 2024.
    Freddy and Son does not have any notes in our CRM past the date of April 3, 2024.
    We do not have any record of the Stone's calling the office. I am not sure of the number that they were using to contact the office.

    This is the information that I do have about the roof installation.

    Roof Install was June 28, 2023

    July 24, 2023 - We went out to address an issue witht the rake board on the front of the house. Seems like there may have been some rotten wood on the roof line that was damaged on the roof tear off. These issues were addressed.

    September 23, 2023 - Customer called in about a leak

    Following are the notes from that service call

    Ran service call with Elezear and found no signs of water coming in the attic and no wet insulation or signs of any water leaks from the roof. While on the roof we found no areas that were unsealed or exposed that could be causing any leaks. There was a lot of condensation on the duct work that could have been causing the spots on the ceiling

    October 9, 2023 Homeowner called in that they had a leak and was going into the basement.
    We sent an interior crew to fix the inside on October 11, 2023

    April 1, 2024 - Customer called with a leak.

    Our service tech went out and these are the notes

    Went into the attic, saw no signs on the roof of any water or damage. After further inspection I noticed that the vent pipe had signs of water at each seam. So water is entering the roof stack and leaking from the pipe. I put down plastic, wiped down the seams and taped with tyvek tape. The vent will need to be inspected

    We taped the pipe as a courtesy. We would not be repsonsible is a pipe in the attic is not properly connected. Seems like the last 2 times we went were from the issue with the duct work in the attic.

    The last time we have heard from this customer was April 2024. It may b possible that they are not calling the main office number.

    I have attached screenshots showing the communication between our team and the homeowner's wife, as well as images of the repair completed by Freddy and Son. 


    We have fulfilled our due diligence in addressing the homeowner's concerns, and you are welcome to reach out to them for further discussion.


    It's important to note that the homeowner -husband was trying to reach a salesperson who is no longer with our company which led to the review that he posted. There is no record of him/them contacting our official phone number listed on our website and on BBB.
