  Ive been a customer of ******** since 2011. I recommend them for the high quality of their work and their explanations of what they are doing. I am also highly appreciative of their politeness and responsiveness. They had made repairs to my roof vent in 2011 and replaced it in 2015. In the summer of 2024 I noticed several shingles missing and asked them to repair it. Before repairing they did an inspection and told me that they saw signs of storm damage, and so they recommended a second inspection with my insurance company. They engaged a service that over 4 months worked with my insurance to get all the necessary repairs paid for (except for my deductible). When the moneys were approved they came out a third time to review with me the scope of work and options like replacing soffit and fascia boards. Two weeks after I accepted the proposal the work was completed. There was a fourth visit by a company inspector 3 days after at which two follow-up items were noted.The only thing Id change about their service was when the day came to change my roof, I wished I asked them to avoid noisy work before 9 am. For my part, I wish I had spoken with my communitys ************************** at the beginning of the process this would have made for the smoothest process between myself and my community.

  St. ****** Roofing ***laced our damaged cedar roof with a composite shake product. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed. The well trained staff used the highest quality supplies for the installation and was diligent in not cutting any corners. From Alexs installation crew, to **** the manager to **** the owner and ****** the Sales *** (as well as the many behind the scenes folks)all were extremely invested in assuring that a quality, fairly priced job was completed on time to our great satisfaction. I highly recommend St. ****** Roofing for all your homes exterior needs.

  This is our second time using St. Josephs Roofing and each time weve been impressed with their work, professionalism, and promptness. They replaced our entire roof, gutters, and trim and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Would highly recommend them for any work you need done!

  We replaced our roof. The workers were punctual and expert. The work was done efficiently. Our roof looks great and is the envy of my neighbors. My front and back yard were cleaner once the crew finished and left. Ask for Eddie if you call them.
  
  This company is outstanding. I found them on my church's bulletin as an advertiser.

  I researched companies before approaching St. Joseph's Roofing for an estimate. While cost was a consideration, it was more important to us that the job be done right so as to avoid problems in the future.
  
  The estimator, Tim Kelly, took his time in examining our roof - both inside in the attic (looking for water damage, etc.) and outside. In the process, he identified several issues that we were unaware of, including a problem with the ventilation of one of our bath fans. Tim was very responsive in answering the many questions that I had about the estimate and schedule. He also made adjustments to the proposal where needed to ensure that we were both clear about the scope of work.
  
  Overall, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work performed by St. Joseph's and appreciated the diligence of the crew that labored almost 12 hours straight to get the old roof off and the new one installed. Their subcontractor who replaced the gutters also did a good job.

  I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing, Inc. We were totally pleased with the process of replacing our roof, gutters and downspouts. From the estimate, presentation of a proposal to completion of the complete project, we couldn't have asked for a better result. We chose St. Joseph's from 3 estimates and proposals. Both crews involved in the work were professional and thorough. Scheduling and completion of work was handled smoothly.   St. Joseph's Roofing did a great job on my roof, gutters, and trim. I highly recommend working with their partner insurance adjuster, who was able to process my insurance claim and get a great settlement. St. Joseph's partner subcontractor also did great work on the interior damage repairs and painting.

  Excellent quality and service. We had water spots in our ceiling and our roof had suffered hail damage. Nick Santschi, from St Joseph's Roofing walked us through the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We flip flopped back and forth on some options and Nick was very response and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our final selection. I was very impressed. The crew did their job in one day. They were very careful and considerate of my neighbors property (we are a middle unit in 3 townhomes). The follow up with St Joseph's was very professional and detailed. They got up on the roof and made sure everything was done properly and nothing was amiss. Everything was perfect. I was expecting to find some debris or a few nails in the yard or maybe under a bush. I didnt find anything. They even cleaned up behind the bushes right up against the wall. Nick and his crew are very impressive. And their ability to work with All Claims Pro to handle all the details of the Insurance Claims was a huge boon as well. We didnt have to lift a finger or spend any time on the phone with the Insurance Company. Very impressive. I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing.

  St Josephs roofing provided me with a professional experience, from start to finish. The estimator suggested ways to improve my ventilation and the work crew was punctual, polite, and did an expert job.
  
  I hope not to have further storm damage, but if I do, I will be calling St Josephs.
