    My wife and I bought a camper from ******* ***** (previously Reines RV Center). We have had issues from the time we pulled it off the lot. We originally filed a BBB complaint (#********) against ****** *****, the manufacturer of our camper. They advised us to take it back to ******* ***** to have all the issues repaired or replaced as the warranty would cover it. To appease us, ******* ***** reached out and scheduled a time to drop off our camper (November 11). The manager of the service department, ******, stated that he should have the camper finished in 2 weeks. It is now 7 weeks later, and our camper hasn't even been evaluated. We have been unable to collect our belongings as the slide-out would not open so that we could retrieve them. I reached out to ******, and he stated that his supervisor, ***** was out on medical leave, but he would have her reach out to me upon her return. It has been over a week since I spoke to ****** and no response from *****. I contacted ******* ***** today (December 29, 2022) and was told by ****** that it would be after the beginning of next year before our camper would be brought in for repairs. We purchased our camper in March 2022 and have only been able to use it for 4 camping trips as it has either been in the shop or too damaged to travel.
