Very poor customer service and terrible inspection service. They were paid to do a septic inspection and missed a huge portion of the inspection resulting in an additional $4K in repairs. Talked to 3 staff members (including the owner) who promised that they would cover the expenses and then they disappeared. No replies, no call backs, no texts after being given weeks to make it right.

To Whom it may concern, in Regards to ************************* complaint on ******************************* We conducted a septic evaluation on the property and found a distribution box that needing replacing and sent an estimate to the individual. The customer hired another contractor to install new distribution box. After talking with the said owner of the other contractor who did the work, he found that there was another distribution box and a splitter box upon excavation with machine. He notified the *******(owner of the property), they gave him the go ahead to replace all. After that, the owner called us to tell us what had happened and said to call the owner of the other company as we offered to replace the other boxes at no cost. they declined ******* the work had already been completed. The contractor stated that it would be ***** extra dollars but told me that they gave him the go ahead before giving us a chance to fix at our expense. So, in resolution, as of April 23rd an email was sent to ******************* that a check was being sent to her. We are waiting a response via email from her on where to send the check and if she accepts and is happy with the outcome. As you know an inspection is a snapshot of the system and we missed the other box during inspection. We hope this gets resolution as we have been in business for almost 20 years and don't want this complaint to be negatively reflective going forward. Hope this helps, thanks again.
