    This company is extremely predatory. You can pick your car up from a shop on Sunday, and by Monday morning, 2 AM, before the department of motor vehicles is even open for you to go pick up your tag renewal, they will tow your car, which is parked in your private space, that is in a townhome complex. Citing they have rights to tow. No *********** should contract with them as they ******* and take advantage of the vulnerable. What towing company drives around in lots looking to pick up cars?

    While helping my son pick up his car… I stayed around to make sure he was ok before leaving. The parking there is awful as it is, and a tow truck (theirs of course) was blocking some available slots and parked in a way that makes it hard to park… so like everyone else there… I was double parked and it had only been about 5-10 min. An older white man came out and started screaming obscenities (bitch,cunt, and so many more) telling me to move my car! I didn’t know where it came from. No one had asked me to move my car and a simple, can you move your car, would have sufficed. He kept a screaming… I found out from my son they thought I was someone else… either way… that just means they would have screamed at the other person that way. Horrible company. Towing places need to regulated…. This should not happen again!
