I have directly complained to your organization about Marshall *** training school. Today, July 18, 2022, I received an email from your organization. I am deeply saddened that you insulted me and my family in your message. Or maybe you didn't understand my complaint. Of course, I contacted Marshall *** training school to get my money back. Criticized and exposed the poor service and training. I am complaining to your organization because Marshal *** training school does not solve my problem. I'm sorry your team doesn't understand this. I also made no secret of my complaint to the **** It is attached. The *** said the complaint was ``under investigation.'' We filed a complaint thinking that an institution that provides such bad and ugly services like Marshall *** school should not be accredited. Please take into consideration that my complaint has living witnesses, proofs, and time and days? We are very sorry that your team did not understand that we filed a complaint considering your organization as very important. Of course, I and my family will be very happy if your organization can resolve the issue of refunding my tuition fees. Also, we will be happy to thoroughly examine the activities of this *** school, including witnesses and evidence from many angles. I wish the accreditation criteria were stricter I reiterate that I have not disrespected your organization. We would very much like this letter to reach a supervisor, manager, or someone in charge. I hope only they will correct the misunderstanding and neglect of the dispute resolution team regarding our complaint....Business Response
Date: 08/06/2022
Greetings *** ******,
This letter is in direct response to a complaint that was received by your office.
Forgive this detailed and long letter: *** ****** *********** has received detailed training and many one-on-one training sessions that consisted of days of four (4) hours of training of my undivided attention and on some days as well as smaller setting classes. I assign homework and curriculum about every night to all my students, it’s upon each student to take the initiative to study our curriculum to obtain their CDL license.
This student didn’t take full advantage of the approved curriculum and instruction and or took any consideration of the time that we all spent with this individual to obtain his Class A CDL license. He was in a four (4) week program during the week on a great start as expected and we also understood that when individuals come to the school with a language barrier, he did not possess a communication barrier and fully understanding the English language and spoke very well of the English language.
During his 4 week course of instruction, he only completed 3.5 of the 4 week program, this student became very disrespectful for about one solid week until he reviewed his contract over and once again became very disrespectful to my staff to where we couldn’t teach the class while he was very rude, We had to call the County Police and involve them to remove him from my program,
because he was stopping us from teaching the other students that was trying to learn at the same time and it was very difficult.
Fellow students that were in his class, has already passed their CDL program with Marshall CDL Driving Schools. His class did consist of ten(10) students, but when he first started, he only had three people in his class out of the 4 weeks for his full program 2 weeks out of the 4 weeks he had individual 101 training before the new class started where he starts being very disrespectful in class.
His program was almost complete, and he even missed three days, but due to his insubordination, he was unable to complete his class as we have a zero tolerance for this or any unruly behavior.
We have tirelessly bent over backwards for all our students regardless of if they’re in the right or the wrong as our motto is: “when the students fail … I fail” That means that we did not do our job I take our teaching very seriously because that is how new students come to us. All based upon word of mouth. There is nothing else that we can do, the disrespect was way to the extreme. There is only one CDL instructor currently at the school.
My staff members personal appearance and demeanor shouldn’t prohibit any student from their learning and if they are unable to discuss certain issues with us, which is weird in itself as we’re very approachable and we do have a very good working relationship with all our students. We also maintain a great working relationship well after they successfully graduate from us.
In saying that, don’t let any of my staff members personal body tattoos mislead you. They are not offensive in any way.
I know that we can positively correct any shortfalls when it comes to our students as we have in the past without any difficulty.
Looking forward in hearing from you on this matter.
Best regards,
Glenn *. M*******, Sr., MPM

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]
Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:I have received your response to my complaint to Marshal cdl school. There is not a word of truth in these answers. Let me explain it very simply.
1. I studied for a total of 10 days. How many weeks are there in 10 days? it is not hard to calculate...
When there is no Monday or Friday here!! By the contract, we have it.
According to them, how could I have studied for 4, 3.5 weeks, almost the entire program? This is the first slander. I have already sent my proofs and assurances to you in July. Text messages, my class book's page, contract clauses, 160/40 hours lessons etc....
2. The director-teacher-instructor of Marshal cdl school said that the complainant *************, i.e myself has reviewed the issue of breach of contract. This course was closed for 2 weeks from 4/28 due to a car breakdown. I was called again on 5/11/2022 and I started complaining about the breach of contract. According to the contract, my study period had already ended on 5/9/2022. So until May ninth, it means that I studied only 5,6 days. How many weeks are there? This is the second slander. I have previously sent, text messages and other confirmations to your organization about the contract, the car being broken, classes being canceled as evidence.
3. The principal-teacher-instructor mentioned that the police were called.
Unfortunately, that never happened. I hope he has attached his confirmation to you about when, where and from where he called the police. Not to mention, I'm sure the police department has a report on me!!! I had to look up the police report!!! this is ridiculous and disgraceful. This is the third lie.
4. When I was studying in the previous class, there were only two students in cdl class ``A''. My other fellow student left the course due to insults, pressure and age discrimination. ``I have a witness,'' I mentioned in my earlier mailed complaint in July to you.
5. About tattoos and behavior. I have never, anywhere, said or written that a person with a tattoo or a smoker is bad or ugly. As a principal, as a teacher, there is a code of conduct and dress code in the school environment and classrooms in all countries. This is not street ,show and an entertainment environment. That is what I told to your organization.
Now, let me ask you something I don't understand.
1. I never mentioned tattoos or behavior in my DMV complaint. I mentioned boss-teacher Aaron R*****'s tattoo in the complaint filed to the BBB- your organization. Has your organization forwarded my complaint to them? Dmv has no idea about that. I have not received any official letter from Dmv until today. They said that they are investigating./if you want, I can also attach the full text of my complaint of the Dmv, later./
2. Boss-teacher-instructor Aaron R*****, who introduced himself as the principal of marshal cdl school, and his wife *******, who took money from me ........... no other staff or employees in this school there is no. /I don't know his wife's last name/
Who is Glenn * M****** sr MPM? I have never seen him...Thank you for knowing the name of the CEO President of this school from your letter.
3. I'm not perfect in English, but I can speak and understand at an intermediate level. The appellant *************, boss-teacher
said that he missed classes, he was not active, was very rude. This is another empty slander. I paid $4,000 of my own money to study. We are a poor family with little income. I don't understand why the school is citing language skills as argument here. I'm sure you don't understand either. I am 59 years old. I do not have the language or physical ability to attack others or cause arguments. I have been living and studying in the United States for 2,3 years.
Your organization, I am confident that the evidence and materials of the complaint which I sent in July by mail, will be carefully checked by date, month and date, and hour and the truth will be found.
4.This letter is not addressed to your organization. But thank you very much for sending me this letter. I believe that it will be fair for all of us to consider the official letter that the school has sent to your institution.
finally, to be more concise, my contractual learning period has already ended due to the breakdown of the training truck /13 days /.According to the contract, the school should have provided service and training by another machine for me....In this case, the action of not refunding the customer's money, It is robbery and insult, not fair business./see the training contract /
By the way, they didn't send a single call, text message, or email to their expelled student. If there are, they will probably show you today. We found out what a beautiful motto they have. Note that the Ceo President of this school, Glenn * M****** said, ''All based upon word of mouth.''? Probably from the mouth of Principal-teacher Aaron R***** and his wife ... that's what i think. i'm sorry.
You can delete my and others' surnames in the future.
your sincerely: *********** ******.
Note: As my family wishes to resolve this difficult matter in court, I would like my letter not to be sent to the CDL school for 2 months. You can introduce it to them and use for your own investigations and consumptions. Also soon, we will warn others by writing our comments and complaints in the "comment review" section on this Cdl school's website.your sincerely: ***********************************.Note: As my family wishes to resolve this difficult matter in court, I would like my letter not to be sent to the CDL school for 2 months.
