    Came in on 6/15/2024 for a oil change for a 2002 Honda civic I had just purchased this car on Thurs Evening and it needed a oil change. So I came in on That Saturday and the male that was working Started slamming my hood 9 to 10 times. He came out and adv me that my hood was crooked and they couldn't get it to shut. There wasn't anything wrong with the car when I brought it in. He ziptied my hood and bungee corded it. It is completely broken and the latch is broken too. I tried to call them after the male said they would fix it. No one would answer. I don't understand how u can do business like this. This was my 1st time here. It will definitely be my last. He made me stay there for over 2hrs saying he couldn't get hood to close. Then at noon he locked up and left. I don't understand how businesses thrive beating and cheating and tearing peiples cars up. All I want is for it to be fixed. Preferably not by him at all! Pictured is the car when I bought it Thurs as the date and time show what day. And the other is what it looks like after the oil change.

    Apologies forthe extended time you were here, we would have liked for you to leave pleased with your  oil change! Not surprisingly, new cars come with new , unknown problems. we stand behind our work here, and would love to replace your hood latch thats inoperable and attempt to straighten up the support that the hood latch mounts on ! the abundance of visual "scarring" under the hood from the latch hitting hood, the ziptied nature  of the grill, stripped out nature of latch bolts, it was fairly clear that there has been an underlying problem for some time! Although you werent aware of this (just bought vehicle) it was going to happen to whoever was lucky enough to pop your hood next! the type of buisness you described is far from what we do here! The reason we "locked up " at noon , of course is because our hours are 8:00am-12:00pm! That day we left at 2:00 pm in efforts to make sure your hood was secure. Nonetheless,  we are willing to replace latch , in efforts to satisfy your expectations.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
