Hello From Kacel ******* with ********* ******* ***. At ********* we manufacture custom windows and moving walls. We needed an electrician to perform some major work for us while we were updating some equipment and lighting in our factory. I reached out to several electricians who never got back to us. As I was searching one day on FaceBook I came across an ad for RES. Let me tell, our experience with Richard and his team has been excellent. RES is the epitome of what it means to be a professional trades expert that cares. Richards knowledge and insight has been a game changer in helping us to expand and grow our facility. He is always on time and is a man of his word, which means a lot in today's society. I hired Mr Reed to install a Generac generator at my home. He responded quickly and showed up when promised. He was very respectful of my time and property. He did an outstanding job and finished in the time frame promised. He answered all of my questions along the way and made sure I was comfortable with the work and equipment before the left. I recently moved back to Martinsville from Atlanta to be with my Dad, and Reed Electrical Solutions has taken AMAZING care of us! My Dad lives in an older home, and my brothers and I have been worried about the wiring and electrical issues with his house. They came in and did a complete evaluation of his house. They checked all the outlets and replaced the ones that were sub standard. Their price was extremely reasonable and they were incredibly knowledgeable! They have taken care of some other issues as well, and no job is too small for them!!! They are the most AMAZING company that I’ve EVER had the pleasure of doing business with! I was having power issues coming from the main breaker box. I called Richard at 8:01 a.m. on a Friday morning, and he was out to check the issue by 8:30 a.m. He assessed the problem with detailed accuracy, quoted a fair price and went to work immediately setting up the repair. He completed the panel box installation repair expeditiously within a few days. Richard takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. The install of the new panel box was done meticulously and the work area was left cleaner than before. From the initial phone call to the finished install, Richard was very communicative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend RES for all of your electrical needs.Reed Electrical Solutions, LLC

I had some major electrical problems putting me at risk of a house fire. I left a phone message with RES and promptly got a call back from Richard. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and immediately got to work on it. His work is superb! I highly recommend him. Reed Electrical Solutions has came to the rescue again!! I was in a panic cause we lost power to our son’s bedroom cause my husband was changing out the plug in receptacles to white to match our paint , once they got changed out and we flip the power back on nothing happen you do not want to go poking around with electricity even if it seems simple so leave it up to the pros Richard Reed and his team they came out seen what problem was and immediately knew what was wrong one of the new receptacles was broken but my husband did not know that this is why you should leave it up to the pros Reed Electrical Solutions they will be your solution every time!!Reed Electrical Solutions, LLC
