    David was very knowledgable and helpful in his analysis of a water problem in my HVAC equipment. He made several suggestions and solutions for my situation. I would definitely use David for all manner of home inspections.

    David Hall with Masterwork Home Inspections was very thorough, courteous, and took the time to answer any questions we had before, during, and after the inspection. Photos were included with the report as well as explanations/recommendations for each finding.
    Generally speaking, I usually don't give much weight to inspectors because they tell me what I could usually find myself. In this case, it was the best money ever spent on an inspection, as he exposed a number of issues (including structural issues and potential cover-ups) that gave me the information needed to be much better informed for deciding how to proceed.
    We unfortunately forgot our checkbook. Paying by credit card adds ~4% fee and paying by bank draft requires linking bank accounts to online apps for payment. It was a frustration that could have been avoided. That said, his rates are fair.
    If anyone in the Roanoke or Martinsville area (or in inbetween) needs a home inspection done, I highly recommend calling David Hall.
