    We hired this company in a bind when our **** stopped working during a heat wave. We appreciated that they could come out right away and hoped it would be an easy fix because the system wasnt very old. After spending several thousand dollars chasing issues that didnt end up resolving the system, we agreed to pay $14,000 to replace it. Two short years later we received an error code and were told by several other companies the system wasnt installed well - who knows if thats true, but given the quick failure of the system, something definitely didnt go well. Because we lost trust with this company, we didnt ask them to come back initially and had another company attempt to install a fix. They warned us it could be a bigger issue due to install issues and sure enough, it was. We called common wealth to ask them to make this right given we spent upwards of $17,000 and now we are looking at a huge bill to actually fix the almost new system. Common Wealth refused to come stating they wont help since we called someone else to attempt to fix their issue. Words cant express how frustrated we are and I hope this message helps at least one other family avoid going down this path.

    My air conditioner stopped working this morning. I called Commonwealth, and they sent **** over to fix my air conditioner within 2 hours. **** provides outstanding customer service, as do the other employees of this business. **** fixed the problem quickly, and my air conditioner was back running again. I have asthma, so I was grateful for the quick repair.

    I came home in the late evening to find that my AC wasnt working. I called Commonwealth Heating and Cooling and within 10 minutes **** called me back. There was a thermal issue and **** talked me through the steps to possibly resolve the problem. Since there was a mandatory 4 hr wait to reset the system. We agreed that i would check it in the morning. After completing the steps with no results I called ***************** and he came right out ( on a Sunday). He fixed the problem within an hour and the price was very reasonable considering its a Sunday emergency call. Ive used this company for 12 years and there is non better.

    Great customer service; superb professionalism. Appreciate the true honest service and recommendations made. We will be needing a new AC eventually, but the technician said if it was his system, there is no need to do the furnace. He took his time to explain parts of the system, and I feel the decision we made to recharge it to try and get through reminder of summer was the best decision at this time. We know we have an AC replacement coming in the somewhat near future, and we will definitely be calling Common Wealth back to have it down. Truly feel we got honest and exceptional service today!

    Completely satisfied. Mark, the technician, arrived within scheduled window. He clearly explained my system’s problem and quickly performed necessary corrective action (i.e., replaced capacitor).
