    I reached out to this law firm for a wrongful termination suit that I just encountered. So naturally I am unemployed with no income currently coming in. I filled out the free online consultation claim to see if I could get legal help. I received an email from the firm stating that an employee verified my claim and that it looked like a case their firm would take. The next step was that I would need to pay $400 for a one hour case evaluation call to discuss the case. I was skeptical but I went with it anyways. Everything I told **************** on the phone was already relayed to them in the initial online claim I filled out therefore he knew the case prior to the paid phone call. After an hour of basically preaching VA laws he told me I had a 50/50 case and that it wasnt strong enough for him to take and that he could not represent me. They very well could have told me that from the beginning and not took my $400.

During the complainants one-hour case evaluation, **. ***** discussed the complainants concerns, including any viable suit the claimant might bring. The firm declined to offer him further services based upon the facts he shared during that meeting related to his concerns about his employer.
