    The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I logged in after a long period of being away to find some characters lower levels than when they were left and several missing characters. I have made three appeals that sent me into dead ends and two emails to support with the same result. I would not do business with this company unless you expect to receive very poor customer service, and no support at all.

    Broadsword is a joke. They constantly pander to the "elite" group of players allowing them to cheat/exploit/manipulate or delete game files that gives them an unfair advantage over the rest of the player base. If you are vocal about this, send in proof of such behavior then you account will get suspended. These people have no idea how to run or maintain their online games.
